driving skills you invoke every session. /longrun and /sprint
lead because they drive the session shape; the rest layer on for
design, build, prose, capture, strategy, and close.

You have not yet run the three. Start there. Adding more skills before the core three feel comfortable is scope creep.
The workhorses
Each one is a small addition to your existing workflow. You do not need to memorize them — pick the one that fits the moment. The first two frame every session; the rest fire opportunistically as your work needs them.
/longrun
Long autonomous session that paces itself — prep + checkpoint + closeout. Composes many other workhorses at the right moments (temperance, luminary consult, pre-mortem, verify, retro, session-end). Use for sessions over 50 turns or with multiple goals.
/sprint
Show what is in flight and what is next. Walks the parent-goal
thread. Lists open issues by 4 tiers. Proposes 3-4 shapes with
trade-offs. Read-only; points at /autonomous start or /longrun prep for dispatch. Run at session start when you are not doing
/longrun.
/luminary
Browse design lenses — Norman, Cooper, Tufte, Beck, Feathers, and around thirty others. Pick one to shape a decision when the codebase is silent on which direction to take.
/verify
Post-build verification gate. Match the change type to the right check — tests + typecheck + lint + visual review for UI. Run before commit.
/kiss
Two modes. Scope mode compresses what you are shipping. Words mode rewrites vocabulary at grade-8 reading level. Details at /writing/kiss.
/ticket
Capture INVEST-shaped stories, bugs, and epics without derailing your current session. Enforces the 6 INVEST letters for stories + V + N for epics.
